Delete your account

How to delete your CashFi (com.rewardfactory.cashfi) account and data.

Delete it in the app

Open the app → Settings → Delete account. Your account and related data are deleted.

Ask us by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, email us. To help us find your account, include the Kakao or Google account you signed in with, or the User ID shown in the app's Contact us screen.

What is deleted (without undue delay)

• Account identifiers (install UUID, Kakao and Google account identifiers)
• Earning and box-opening records, remaining Cash balance
• Invite relationships, notification tokens

⚠️ Any remaining Cash is forfeited and cannot be restored. Please complete your payout (PayPal outside Korea, bank transfer or gift voucher in Korea) before deleting your account.

What we keep, and for how long

Records we are legally required to retain — such as payout and exchange transaction records under consumer protection law — are kept for the period required by law and then destroyed.
