CashFi Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using CashFi (the "Service") and the rights and duties of users and the operator.

2. Definitions

• Shard — a unit shown in the Service that accumulates with the time your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
• Box — created once enough shards are collected; opening it gives Cash.
• Cash — points paid inside the Service, usable for payouts and (in Korea) gift voucher exchanges.

3. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when posted in the Service. The operator may change them within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes in the app or on this page.

4. Using the Service

You can use the Service without creating an account. Features that require identity confirmation — payouts and gift voucher exchanges — require linking a Kakao or Google account.

5. Earning and rewards

• Earnings are confirmed against server-recorded time. Values shown on your device are indicative; if they differ, the server record governs.
• Daily limits apply to earning and payouts, and may change with Service policy.
• Cash is not money. It can be used only in the ways the Service provides. Transferring, selling or exchanging Cash between users is not permitted.

6. Payouts

Payouts follow the minimum thresholds and procedures set by the Service. Available options, thresholds and processing times may change.

• Outside Korea — paid through PayPal. The minimum payout amount and the exchange rate differ by country, reflecting differences in advertising revenue. Gift vouchers are issued in Korea and are not available outside Korea.
• Korea — bank transfer in KRW, or gift voucher exchange.
• Payouts are reviewed manually. Cash is deducted when you submit the request; if the request is declined, the deducted Cash is returned to you in full.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details you provide. If your PayPal email is wrong, the money goes to that account and cannot be recovered.

7. Prohibited conduct and abuse

If any of the following is found, we may cancel earnings, hold payouts, or restrict access.

• Using modified apps, emulators, rooted devices, or other abnormal environments
• Using automation tools (macros and similar) to earn rewards or view ads
• Manipulating device time, network or app data to bypass the reward system
• Creating multiple accounts to claim invite rewards more than once
• Using multiple accounts to receive payouts to the same PayPal account

8. Disclaimer

The operator is not responsible for service interruptions or delayed rewards caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or partner circumstances. Content provided by advertising and offerwall partners, and any issues arising from its use, are the responsibility of those providers.

9. Changes to and suspension of the Service

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational reasons, and will announce this in advance where practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
