Option 1. Delete it in the app (immediate)

You can request deletion by email. So that we can confirm it is you, include the Google account you signed in with. We process requests without undue delay.
Deleting the app also removes the local data stored on your device (the anonymous install identifier and similar).
⚠️ Any remaining ore and balance is forfeited and cannot be restored. Please complete your payout (PayPal or mobile airtime outside Korea) before you delete your account.
Records we are legally required to retain — for example under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce — are kept for the period required by law and then destroyed. All other personal information is destroyed without undue delay when you delete your account.
